Peripheral Nerve Blocks and Rhizotomy

Anesthetizing the peripheral nerves can helpĀ multiple medical conditions like carpal tunnel, occipital neurology, intercostal pain, supraorbital neuralgia, and in cases of nerve irritation from scar formation or hardware, usually nerve blocks are not very long lasting and traditional peripheral nerve rhizotomies carry a risk of neuroma formation and anesthesia dolorosa.

We will utilize a sophisticated protocol with pre-and post-peripheral rhizotomy injectable block treatments and combination of specific sequences of pulsed RF with lower temperature thermal RF to achieve longer lasting results and minimizing the risk of dysesthesia.
